"Do the math..."BMN Capital Group ("BMN Capital") is a registered fictitious name for BMN Consultants, Inc. ("BMN") which is an investment banking consulting firm. Wall Street Profit Search ("WSPS") is a market letter published by BMN Consultants, Inc. The terms "We" or "Us" as used herein and the following disclosures and advisories may apply to BMN, BMN Capital, WSPS and any of our partners, associates, advisors, consultants or their agents.
We are a financial advisory and consulting firm and are not a licensed broker-dealer, stock brokerage firm or registered investment advisor (RIA). We are not licensed to undertake capital raising transactions, and any reference to participating in financing transactions or capital raising refers solely to providing introductions to accredited and/or institutional investors from within our network to different public company clients, with the understanding that all transactions are solely by and between the public company clients and the potential investors that they may execute definitive subscription agreements with.

WSPS also provides trading alerts, general market commentary and opinions on other stocks or market sectors for which we receive no compensation from the issuer or third party, non-affiliated shareholders ("Other Situations").
Additionally, WSPS provides AI-Assisted Portfolio Analysis ("Analysis") to subscribers on a "Complimentary" basis and does not charge fees or commissions for this service. We accept no responsibility for omissions or errors. AI makes mistakes and we do too; this Analysis is for informational purposes only and cannot be relied upon and we accept no responsibility for any losses or loss of profits incurred for readers utilizing this information to make investment decisions.
However, insomuch as the goal of this activity is to increase the subscriber and readership base of WSPS as it relates to fees earned on Profiled Companies by WSPS and investment banking consulting fees by BMN/BMN Capital (both directly and indirectly), we do receive compensation for providing this service and at no point should our Communications regarding Other Situations and/or our Complimentary AI-Assisted Portfolio Analysis be regarded as "free" or without motive for profit.
Accordingly, all of our Communications are paid advertisements for which we have been compensated and are neither offers nor recommendations to buy or sell any security. Concerning Communications for Profiled Companies, we may have been hired by either the Profiled Company, third party shareholder(s) or other entities or individuals, or some combination thereof with an interest in generating market awareness for the Profiled Company and increased trading activity and liquidity in the Profiled Company's stock.
The actual Profiled Company may or may not have compensated WSPS or any other individual or entity for the production of the Communications, and may or may not have endorsed and/or been involved in its production. For information regarding the compensation of WSPS specific to each Profiled Company see "Specific Compensation Disclosure" notices for each awareness campaign we are involved in.
Additionally, some Profiled Companies are companies where BMN has had an advisory or capital introduction relationship or other vested interest; others are not. In every case where compensation or a material relationship between BMN and/or WSPS and the Profiled Company exists, the compensation and nature of the relationship is disclosed in our Specific Compensation Disclosure and maintained herein while it is being featured in the newsletter or website as an active recommendation.
In the event that our relationship with the Profiled Company changes to one where we are spending a substantial amount of time doing investment banking consulting work through BMN or BMN Capital, we may terminate our Communications from WSPS on behalf of the Profiled Company and disclose this in the Disclosure section of our WSPS website for 30 days after we terminate our Communications. Accordingly, 30 days (or longer) after we cease Communications about a Profiled Company (for any reason), we will no longer disclose compensation received for this work or sales of stock previously paid to us.
Communications regarding Other Situations and Profiled Companies are compiled from sources we believe are reliable including the public company's website, SEC filings and news releases and other publicly available information; however, such reliability cannot be guaranteed, and investors should not rely on the information contained herein. Because we receive compensation for WSPS's profiling of Profiled Companies and dissemination of the information, our Communications should not be regarded in any manner whatsoever as independent.
